• Monitor work orders pending for repairs.• Capture location coordinates upon checking in or out from a work order.• Verify equipment to be repaired using the bar code scanning feature.• Use the camera feature to capture before/after service images.• Update resolution notes and add parts to work orders.• Move work orders to different stages of completion (Open, Acknowledge, In Progress, Completion, and Sign Off).
